About Me


Liz Armstrong

I am a cognitive behavioural therapist with experience of working with a variety of issues including anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, stress and bereavement.
I also have an extensive business background which includes coaching, team building and leadership, personal development, problem solving and risk management. As a result of my wider experience I understand the pressures and stresses of both personal and professional life.

I am a member of Counsellor member of COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) and work within their ethical framework and complaints procedure, which can be found on www.cosca.org.uk. I engage in regular supervision to help enhance and regulate my practice, am fully insured and have a current PVG certificate.
