I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and counselling in Motherwell, Lanarkshire and can help you with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress and low self-esteem.

I offer you a safe, non-judgemental, compassionate and confidential space to talk about your problems, issues or challenges. I will work with you to set goals and provide you with the tools and techniques to help you achieve them. These are essentially skills for life which can be adapted to many situations and used to help manage future challenges.
